Initially I purchased the Prismagic Screwdriver, but quickly realized the screwdriver plastic is too smooth causing me to drop it a lot. Purchased these as they would be cut to fit the lobes of the screwdriver vs just using a rectangular grip tape. The fact that these exist tells me that LTT acknowledges there is a problem with the plastic used and they should include these by default with the screwdriver in the box.
These are aggressive and fit well, but they should be included, instead I had to pay extra for this (plus a second shipping charge as I didn't order them with the screwdriver). I would have liked it to include another piece cut to fit on the bottom of the body just before the selector ring, having additional grip here would be beneficial when using the screwdriver with one hand. I've tried to use the little ones that were included, but due to the pringle chip shape and thickness of the tape they don't hold on well.
Every time I have someone ask about my screwdriver they're like, "Why did you spend that much on a screwdriver." They end up asking me to use it at some point and then they are like "Ahhhh I see why you got this, and end up actually buying one themselves"
Feels like flimsy sandpaper. Little bits of it fall off when you use it. Unless you are using enough torque to shear the bit, you really don’t need it anyways
Works good. Too expensive. Should have been included with the screwdriver in the first place. Unnecessarily included extra tape for completely different LTT screwdriver I don't have.
Its great.
I just wasnt expecting actual grip tape from a skatboard, lol
